Liminal Clay Collective
I'm excited to announce that I will be exhibiting as part of the Liminal Clay collective from Friday 13th to Tuesday 17th June 2025 at The Turbine House, Riverside Museum at Blake's Lock, Reading.
Liminal Clay is a collaborative group of artist-makers brought together by a shared interest in the expressive and narrative potential of clay. Each member explores how personal and cultural experiences can be translated into ceramics and drawings, creating works that are both introspective and expansive in their conceptual reach.
This exhibition is a celebration of clay as a material that is deeply responsive, tactile, and rooted in storytelling. From texture and form to colour and spatial arrangement, each piece reflects an individual journey of making, yet is connected to a broader, collective inquiry: How do inner dialogue and lived experience shape what we create?
Our practices span the conceptual and the intuitive, grounded in material-led experimentation. This exhibition brings those explorations into dialogue, showcasing how different voices and techniques can converge in a shared search for meaning.
I'm proud to exhibit alongside fellow artists Anda Alba, Caroline Egleston, Lisa Ghiggini, Bahareh Khomeiry, and Jess Skelton, whose unique approaches contribute to the dynamic and richly textured feel of the show.
